I had a terrible experience at the Fairmont, I asked to get the points for my hotel check and they pointed out what the administrator on duty Elmaddin was extremely rude and angry at me for commenting him on this, even though it was official Accor and Fairmont policy. He was extremely dismissive and rude and argumentative causing a huge scene in the lobby of a few points rightfully earned on my dinner bill. When the restaurant manager intervened with an amicable solution Elmaddin was involved, what a sour taste for Fairmont and Accor. This terrible experience I am sharing, so everyone knows to avoid Fairmont Baku until they resolve their service and management issues.
